Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Refunds/Replacements (if applicable)

Firstly, please keep the packages your received. For any refund or replacement, we need pictures about the problem and the packs

Then, once the delivery information updated, please check if you receive a damaged or defective product. You have 48 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here sencone@sencone.shop. If no message from you within this 48hours, it means you default that the item delivered intactly.

Besides, if there is anything wrong within 14 days for the delivery, please contact us. We will try our best for you. But if 14 days have gone by since the delivery information, we may not offer you any refund or replacement.

Returns (if applicable)

To return your product, you should email us at sencone@sencone.shop. With no communication in advance, we will not accept any return and will be not responsible for any lost of the return package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For any return package, we need valid tracking numbers. The tracking information will prove the delivery for the back package.

We will check the return one and record video to make sure if it is same as your description. So, please don't send a stone or an empty package back. Thank you! And if all the things right, we will pay the refund within 7 days of the return delivery date and contact your to check the payment.
